Today on a gorgeous Sunday both the @hwsabroad @hwscolleges and the @illinoisabroad students took to the ancient Appian Way on bikes! But not after a look and tasting at the Campagna Amica farmer’s market. Joined by @luluinitalia and many though not all of the students we learned about how agriculture, ancient archaeology and modern day infrastructure all coexist in the eternal city of Rome. For those lucky enough to participate, this day will mark a highlight of their time in Rome.
