Fall 2025 Study Abroad Program

Sustainability, Food, & Social Justice

A 14-week program exploring disciplines such as environmental studies, place-making, cultural tourism, food heritage, agribusiness, and nutrition. Organized group excursions to the southern coast, Tuscany, and the Abruzzo mountains are included.

Academics

You’ll take two core courses and up to two electives for up to 13 credits toward your degree.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Lindsay Maldari, Program Coordinator

Program Advisor, Lindsay Maldari

After applying for the program, Lindsay serves as the main point of contact, assisting with housing, course registration, and other preparations. Once accepted, she continues to support students with enrollment paperwork and predeparture arrangements. In Rome, the Student Service Assistant takes over as primary contact, accompanying students on trips and class outings.
