For over a year now Borromini Institute has been thrilled to host our friends at Art Files/ Tools for Culture, a professional and cultural think tank. Active in the field of planning, research, consultancy and training in economics, management and policy around art and culture, the “toolers” bring new energy and ideas to the Borromini Center.
